ABOUT

EcoStation Guanacaste is a Mixed Use Development Project that will be built on a 28 HA property located about 3 miles Southeast from the town of Bagaces, in Guanacaste, the heart of the most touristic zone in Costa Rica. The project is divided in 4 phases.

Phase 1: Gas/Charging Station, Convenience Store, Commercial Shopping, Restaurant, and 8 Eco Premium Villas.

Phase 2: Equestrian school, Barn and Jumping Course.

Phase 3: Permaculture Area with 3 Yoga Shalas and 6 Bungalows.

Phase 4: 8 Custom Villas.

The commercial phase will include a Gas/Charging Station, a Restaurant, and a Shopping with 10 rent spaces.

This will take advantage of being situated right in front of the newest highway in Costa Rica, and it will include charging stations for electric and hybrid cars.
